Paul,
 I wrote a very simple (i.e. stupid) TACL macro that will read through a
CUSTFILE and process FUP infiles that will license the files that need to be
licensed.  The infiles are actually templates that you need to edit (hey I
told you it was "simple") to point the SYSnn and SYSTEM subvols you want to
fix.  I've attached the macro to this e-mail.  Note it depends on knowing
the structure of the CUSTFILE and if CUSTFILE changes my macro will fail.
